ZHULIAN NUTRACEUTICAL SDN. BHD. (ZNSB) will soon produce an array of traditional herbal products in capsule, tablet or liquid form. Both companies are operated in the Plot 3 plants at Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang.
The plant's state-of-the-art facilities are able to conduct continued research for product innovation. The expanding range of the products manufactured by this plant provides added advantages in the form of product value, quality and diversity of product range, thus has enabled the Group to carve a niche in the MLM market by providing its Distributors and customers with nutritional and functional food and beverage products which are manufactured by using own hi-tech facilities which are GMP certified and are routinely audited for renewal of the ISO 9001-2000 certification. Its commitment to excellence is backed by its strong R & D team which consists of expertise and professionals as well as the Company's Directors who are personally involved in the process.
This Plot 3 plant, which stands majestically at three storeys high spanning over a wide area of 4 acres, is situated on Plot 3 in Phase IV of the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone about 2-minute-drive from the existing factories on Plot 41 and 42. The plant that cost more than RM40 million was GMP certified whereby it was complete with advanced air purification system and the production processes are carried out in clean rooms to prevent cross-contamination. The plant is also equipped with many sophisticated semi-automated machines, such as Bin Blenders with capacity of 250 kg material per blend. The plant is also equipped with wastewater treatment system as part of the Group's initiative to care for the environment.
