AVSB is a Company specialised in the R&D and manufacturing of sanitary products housed under the Plot 3 plant in Bayan Lepas, Penang. To ensure no contamination in the production process, the products are produced under enclosed production plant with fully automated sequential processing and packaging.
The plant has implemented a strict control on the raw materials and the hygienic standards of the whole production process. It is equipped with fully automated sanitary pad machines which does not expose to human contamination. Its current product lines include sanitary napkins and panty liners. The high speed machines that cost about RM2.5 millions in total have the capacity of 120 pads per minute for the sanitary pads production line or 150 per minute for the panty liners production line.
The company's main product series of WANISA SANITARY NAPKINS has spearheaded the innovation of the sanitary manufacturing industry from the function of 'protection' to the 'health-enhancing' effects by incorporating the unique Far Infrared Rays and Negative Ion function with Anti-Bacterial and Deodorising effect in its sanitary napkin product range.
