The key activity of
ZMFSB is manufacturing bedroom apparels. These products have been designed with health enhancing features which help to promote well-being. The plant is situated on Plot 42, Bayan Lepas Industrial Estate, Penang. The major product lines under this plant are mattress pad, pillow and bolster with health enhancing features such as bio-magnetic, far infrared, negative ion, jade mineral and thermal functions.
The Company's plant will have a new plant next year with a built-up area of approximately 2,600 square metres in the Plot 41 building which is under renovation currently. By then, the plant will be able to increase its productivity to fulfil increasing orders. With the objective for continual improvement, consistent R&D are conducted to improve and upgrade the products as well as redesign and expand the product lines for better performance and added value.
