	23 May 2009 National Convention - Night of Honour 2009 Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur This year, ZHULIAN celebrates its 20th Anniversary in conjunction with the Night of Honour 2009 National Convention that had seen an excellent turnout of over 13,000 Distributors and Leaders from all over Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. This event is organised once a year to celebrate and honour the brilliant achievements of outstanding Leaders in the MLM network.


						23 May 2009 The Presentation Ceremony of the Education Trust Fund (Academic Year 2008/2009) Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur Officially launched in 2007, the Education Trust Fund is a special incentive offered by the Company for the Distributors and their children who have achieved outstanding performance in their business and brilliant academic success respectively. This year, a total of 34 excellent achievers were presented with this fund during the Night of Honour 2009 that was held at the Putra Stadium in Bukit Jalil recently.


	30 April - 07 May 2009 Diamond International Forum 2009 to Auckland, New Zealand Auckland, New Zealand This year's Diamond International Forum, an annual event to reward qualified Diamond Sales Managers and Distributors of higher level, has taken approximately 233 couples from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia for a special forum and tour around Auckland and Rotorua in New Zealand. Besides getting to enjoy travelling overseas, the participants also had the opportunity to foster a closer bond among one another and learn from each other. One of the highlights of the event is the participants were treated to a spectacular and romantic Gala Dinner themed "Heart to Heart - A magical night of Aroha", a truly unforgettable experience for all!


						21 April 2009 12th Annual General Meeting G Hotel, Penang The 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company was successfully held on the scheduled date and six Resolutions have been duly passed in the meeting.


	28 February 2009 27th National Agency Meeting JW Marriott Hotel, Kuala Lumpur The 27th National Agency Meeting was successfully held whereby the Management and Agents from 78 Authorised Agencies had unanimously discussed and devised business strategies and solutions to ensure the smooth management of ZHULIAN's products, marketing and business in various aspects. The meeting this time had included a streamlining of all operations so that a standardised implementation of activities can be fostered among the Agencies.

						30 November 2008 Receives Four Awards For Outstanding Performance Plot 41 & 42, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Estate, Penang ZHULIAN has concluded the 2008 financial year with flying colours with the winning of four prestigious awards. ZHULIAN Corporation Berhad has been awarded the "Business of the Year 2007 Award" under the "Superior Company" category for achieving excellent business performance. Its subsidiary, ZHULIAN Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. was also presented with "The Asia Super Excellence Master Award of Direct Sales 2008" under the "Grand Master Company" category and "The 7th Asia Pacific International Honesty Enterprise - Keris Award 2008". Beyond Products Technology Sdn. Bhd., another one of ZCB's subsidiaries, has also been conferred with "The 4th Asia Pacific Super Excellent Brand 2008 Award", marking the proven quality of the products under the Beyond brand name.


	28 November 2008 Charitable Contribution to National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia Plot 41, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang As part of its corporate social responsibility agenda, the Group has made a contribution of RM420,000 to the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia. The fund will be used for setting up a Lions Kidney Dialysis Centre in Penang. The President of the Lions Club of Penang, Mr. Ong Hong Sing was present to accept the mock cheque from ZCB's Group Managing Director, Mr. Danny M. K. Teoh during the presentation ceremony that was held on 8 January 2009.


						25 October 2008 ZHULIAN's 3rd Plant Official Opening Ceremony Plot 3, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang The official opening ceremony of ZHULIAN's 3rd Plant at Plot 3, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang was held on Saturday, 25th October 2008 to celebrate the commencement of its operation. The ribbon cutting ceremony was participated by the Group's Chairman, Tuan Haji Wan Mansoor Bin Wan Omar; Group President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Teoh Beng Seng; Group Managing Director, Mr. Danny M. K. Teoh; Executive Director, Mr. Eddie Khoo Teng It; Marketing Director, Mr. Ong Soo Beng and ZHULIAN (THAILAND) LTD.'s Managing Director, Dr. Piyavat Boonyunyongsakul and the past top achievers and Leaders of its MLM business network. Thousands of distinguished guests including other members of the board, vendors, agents, Distributors and staffs were present to witness the simple yet grand ceremony.


	14 July 2008 ZHULIAN 3rd Plant's Commencement of Business Operations Plot 3, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang Our 3rd factory has commenced its business operations as of Monday, 14th July 2008! This new factory that stands majestically at 3 storeys high spanning over a wide area of 4 acres is situated about 2 minutes' drive from our existing factories. Designed for construction according to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, this new plant is not only used to house our ever expanding line of food & beverage and nutritional health products, it will also cater to the manufacturing and production of nutraceutical products in the near future.


					7 May 2008 Annual General Meeting G Hotel, Penang The Group's 11th AGM had been successfully concluded at the G Hotel in Penang.


	3 May 2008 National Convention of ZHULIAN (THAILAND) LTD. Thammasat Rangsit Stadium, Northern Bangkok ZHULIAN's Multi-level Marketing Business in Thailand has seen a steady growth all these years and recently in March, their sales had hit an all-time high record of 200 million Baht! A grand celebration was held recently to commemorate this historical achievement. To top it all off, their Night of Honour event that was held that the Thammasat Rangsit Stadium in Bangkok had seen a massive turnout of over 12,000 people. This marks yet another glorious page to an even more marvellous chapter!


					26 April 2008 The Presentation Ceremony of the Education Trust Fund (Academic Year 2007/2008) Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur The Education Trust Fund was launched during the National Convention 2007 with the aim to encourage both parents and children to work unanimously to achieve success. A total of 17 achievers have been presented with this special fund during the National Convention held recently.

This year, a huge crowd of over 10,000 people from all over Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia had turned up to participate in the grandest event of the year that was held at Bukit Jalil Putra Indoor Stadium, Kuala Lumpur.


					21 - 26 March 2008 Diamond International Forum 2008 to Istanbul, Turkey Istanbul, Turkey This special forum cum tour has been specially organised every year for qualified Diamond Sales Managers and Distributors of higher level as one of the incentives offered under ZHULIAN GOLDEN BUSINESS PLAN. This year, a total of 474 super achievers from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia had come together to participate in this event.


	24 February 2008 26th National Agency Meeting One World Hotel, Kuala Lumpur The National Agency Meeting is a meeting platform for the Group's management and the Authorised Agents to sit and discuss about challenges and opportunities in MLM business with the objective to find solutions and formulate strategies to propel the business further to the next level.
